Payments

On OBIECTA, you can make your purchases using the payment methods available at checkout.

All payments are processed through secure systems. OBIECTA does not have access to or store the card details used for payment.

Cards and Digital Payments

Major payment cards are accepted, as well as any digital payment methods available and displayed at checkout.

To ensure the security of the transaction, you may be required to complete an additional identity verification during payment, in accordance with the procedures established by your payment provider.

Bank Transfer

Payment can also be made by bank transfer.

After placing your order, you will receive the bank details and the information required to make the payment by email.

Payment must be made within 3 calendar days of placing the order. Otherwise, OBIECTA reserves the right to cancel the order.

The order will be prepared and shipped once the payment has been received.

Refunds

In the event of a refund, the amount will be returned using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

The time required for the refund to become available may vary depending on the bank, card issuer or payment system used.
