Right of Withdrawal

If you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days, without having to provide any reason.

The 14-day period begins on the day on which you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receive the product. If an order consists of multiple products delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last product.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires, using the contact details provided on the website.

We will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the product and the address to which it should be sent.

Return Shipping and Costs

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

The customer is also responsible for the return shipment until the product is delivered to the Seller. We therefore recommend using a trackable shipping service appropriate to the nature and value of the item.

Condition of the Returned Product

The product must be returned intact and complete with all its parts and any accessories, labels or other items received with the purchase.

You may inspect the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Any handling beyond what is necessary that results in a reduction in the value of the product may result in a corresponding reduction in the amount refunded.

Refund

If the right of withdrawal is properly exercised, the refund will be made within 14 days of notification of the withdrawal, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

The refund may be withheld until the returned product has been received or until the customer provides evidence that the product has been shipped back, whichever occurs first.

Purchases Made by Professionals

The right of withdrawal provided for consumers does not apply to purchases made in a professional capacity, unless otherwise agreed with the Seller.
