Guarantee

Vintage and used products purchased on OBIECTA are covered by the Legal Guarantee of Conformity for a period of 12 months from delivery, in accordance with the conditions of sale applicable to used goods.

The guarantee is available to customers purchasing as consumers.

Vintage and Used Products

The products offered by OBIECTA are vintage and used items and may therefore show signs of age, use and previous interventions, consistent with their age and history.

The condition of each item is described on the relevant product page and documented, as far as possible, through photographs.

Characteristics, signs of use and imperfections that are clearly indicated and visible at the time of purchase form part of the condition of the product and are not considered defects of conformity.

In the Event of a Lack of Conformity

In the event of a lack of conformity covered by the legal guarantee, the consumer may exercise the remedies provided for under applicable law, subject to the conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from improper use of the product or normal deterioration associated with use and the vintage nature of the item.

Products sold by OBIECTA, being vintage and used, are not covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
